Economic growth and prosperity often come at the expense of a complex set of urban ecological and environmental costs, such as air and water pollution, which are harmful to human health. A greater public demand for a cleaner environment is induced in urban areas. Urban greening has thus become an important issue in city development to recover urban ecological systems, harmonize the coordination between natural and artificial environments, as well as improving urban quality of life. Urban greening is one of the most important elements in China’s national sustainable development strategy which emphasizes on making ecological progress.
NPH started its urban ecology operation in 2003. Our core businesses include the planting and sales of exquisite seedlings and flowers, the design-construction-maintenance of landscaping and greening projects, R&D of urban greening seedlings, and the design-construction-management of nurseries. Having undertaken circa 100 government and property development projects, we have received high commendations from both the government and property developers.
